Formula 1, Malaysian Grand Prix 2017, Betting Preview


The Sepang International Circuit plays host to the Malaysian Formula 1 Grand Prix on Sunday the 1st of October.


In the first wet night race in F1 history Lewis Hamilton took 1st place in Singapore 2 weeks ago. He finished 4.5 seconds ahead of Daniel Ricciardo in 2nd with Valtteri Bottas completing the podium.  Hamilton started the race 3 points ahead of Sebastian Vettel who crashed out early in the race and he has now extended his lead to 28 points.

Hamilton has now shortened from 1/3 t0 1/7 for the  Drivers’ Championship with Vettel’s price having doubled from 2/1 to 4/1.

Race History

Daniel Ricciardo took the victory in 2016 with his team-mate Max Verstappen finishing in 2nd and Nico Rosberg who recovered from a spin on lap 1 completing the podium.  Lewis Hamilton who had led the race was forced to retire with engine failure.
