Colombia topped Group H with 2 wins and a loss and that loss came first up against Japan when they went down 2-1.  They bounced back strongly with a 3-0 win over Poland and were too strong for Senegal winning 1-0 in their final game.

England came second to Belgium in Group G and they booked their spot in the last 16 thanks to two opening victories over Tunisia 2-1 and Panama 6-1 and they were then beaten 1-0 by Belgium to lose out on top spot in the group.

These sides last met in 2005 where England won a friendly International 3-2.

Colombia 28/10

Draw 22/10

England 11/10

Suggested bet:  Handicap, Colombia (+1) at 15/20.

Colombia may have come through an easier group but I was very impressed with their last 2 matches and I am not convinced that England are not being over-hyped on the back of a positive start.  This should be another tight match and I think Colombia are well capable of winning it or forcing it into extra time.
