We take a look at the 4 FA Cup quarter-finals taking place this weekend and suggest a bet in each match.

Watford v Crystal Palace – click here to bet

Watford play their first home game of this FA Cup campaign having booked their spot in the last 8 with away wins over Woking, Newcastle and QPR, all 3 of their matches have had 2 goals or less in them and Watford have yet to concede in the FA Cup this season.  Like Watford, Crystal Palace have yet to concede a goal and all 3 of their matches have also delivered for under 2.5 goal backers.  They beat Grimsby 1-0 at home in the 3rd Round and followed that up with a 2-0 win over Tottenham at home before beating Doncaster 2-0 on the road last time out.

Watford and Palace met in the semi-finals of the FA Cup in 2016 with Crystal Palace winning 2-1 and they met twice in the League this season with Watford doing the double and winning 2-1 on each occasion.

Suggested bet:  Watford win at 27/20

Watford are having a great season and are a side well-known for deep FA Cup runs.  They have already beaten Palace twice in the League and can make it 3 victories here.

Swansea v Manchester Cityclick here to bet

Championship side Swansea opened their FA Cup campaign with a 3-0 victory over Aston Villa away and they followed that up with successive 4-1 wins over Gillingham and Brentford to reach the last 8.  They face current 17/20 favourites to lift the Cup, Manchester City – click here for outright betting and City who are in the Champions League quarter-finals and topping the English Premier League log continue to go well on all fronts.  They have scored 16 goals in 3 matches conceding just 1 en route to the quarter-finals.

Suggested Bet:  Matchbet + Totals:  Under 3.5 goals and Manchester City win at 19/20

City have got a hectic schedule at the moment and I can see them getting ahead in the first half and then pacing themselves through to the finish.

Wolves v Manchester Unitedclick here to bet

Wolves have enjoyed an excellent return to top flight football and are currently sitting 7th in the EPL.  They upset Liverpool in Round 3 of the FA Cup winning 2-1 at home and then required a replay before beating Shrewsbury 3-2 at home and in the last 16 they beat Bristol City 1-0 on the road.  Manchester United beat Redding at home and then had 2 big clashes on the road against Arsenal and Chelsea, both of which they won by 2 goals.

Suggested Bet: Over 2.5 goals at 1/1

I am expecting both sides to bring in an attacking attitude to this game and I think we will see goals at both ends.

Millwall v Brightonclick here to bet

Championship side Millwall saw off AFC Wimbledon in the last 16, 1-0 on the road to book their spot in the last 8.  They previously had home wins over Everton and Hull.  Brighton saw off fellow EPL side, Bournemouth, 3-1 in the 3rd Round before winning in extra time against West Brom after the replay was not decided after 90 minutes.  They then beat Derby 2-1 at home in the last 16.

Suggested Bet:  The draw at 9/4.

I am expecting a tight game here with two sides fairly evenly matched and while Brighton are worthy favourites I think Millwall can avoid defeat.
