Fight Nights, Boyd Allen v Magomed Yunusilau, Betting Preview

South African Boyd Allen travels to Russia to take on local man Magomed Yunusilau and we reckon the World Sports Betting sponsored fighter could be worth a wager.

The fight takes place at the VTB Ice Palace in Moscow, Russia and is on the Fight Nights Global (FNG) card a Russian Mixed Martial Arts organization.

Boyd Allen is 28 years old and fights out of Johannesburg. He is a regular on the EFC circuit where his record reads 16 wins, 3 losses and a draw.  Standing 1.83 m tall and weighing 65 kg with a reach of 188 cm he has become one of the most feared fighters in the game.  He is quick on his feet and combines his striking arts well with boxing skills in finishing off his opponents in the Featherweight Division.

Magomed Yunusilau has fought 5 times and has won on each occasion with 3 victories by submission. He stands 1,70 m tall and like his opponent weighs 65 kg. He will have a partisan home crowd behind him and will be a real challenge for Allen.

Allen 7/10

Yunusilau 11/10

Suggested Bet: Boyd Allen win at 7/10

The Russian looks likely to provide a stern test but whereas we cannot be sure of his quality, the pedigree of Boyd Allen is unquestionable  and I am more than happy to back him for a successful Russian raid.
