The Bahrain International Circuit is the venue for the 2nd Formula 1 race this season and we take a look at the race from a betting perspective.
In the Australian Grand Prix, which opened the F1 season a fortnight ago, Mercedes took a one-two finish when Valtteri Bottas topped the podium 20 seconds ahead of team mate Hamilton. This was a good start to the 2019 season for Bottas who did not have a win in 2018. Max Verstappen finished on the bottom step of the podium.
Lewis Hamilton at 5/6 tops the betting in the Drivers’ Championship followed by Sebastian Vettel at 3/1 and you can get 6/1 and better about the rest.

Sebastian Vettel, the defending champion was once again first to take the chequered flag in the 2018 Bahrain Grand Prix. Vettel won by less than a second from runner-up Bottas and Hamilton completed the podium.
Suggested Bet: Hamilton win at 16/10
Hamilton won this race on 2014 and 2015 and I expect a big weekend from the World Champion. His main rival is likely to be his team mate but I expect order to be restored in the team with a Hamilton win.
