Golden State Warriors v Cleveland Cavaliers, NBA Betting Preview

The Western Conference leaders host a struggling Cavaliers side in all sorts of trouble. With star forward Lebron James out for the visitors they’ve lost 5 of their last 6 matches and are currently on a 3 match losing streak. They have however managed to score a respectable average of 92 points per game over that 6 game period. It’s on the defensive end where the Cavaliers have really struggled, conceding an average of 100 points per game.

The Golden State Warriors are arguably the form team in the NBA. Sitting first in the Western Conference the Warriors are on 13 match unbeaten run at home, and have scored an impressive average of 119 points per game in their last 5 matches. They were tested in their last match against the Pacers after going 11 points early on but showed great character by pulling together and winning 117-102.

Golden State Warriors 1/10, Cleveland Cavaliers 11/2

Golden State Warriors -11.5 15/20, Cleveland Cavaliers +11.5 17/20

Over / Under 206.5 17/20

Suggested Bet

The Warriors look unstoppable at home and should have no difficulty dispatching a struggling Cavaliers side. The handicap of -11.5 is tempting but is a tad high for my liking. So I’m going for over 206.5 points in what looks to be a high scoring game.
